How To Order with our Online Secure Server
Helpful Tip:
Repeating team orders can generally be processed faster when you provide both:
  • Team Account Number
  • Previous Invoice or Order Number

Before placing your secure order:

1. Create a text file of,"what you want"
2. Copy the text to your clipboard.
3. Click on any Secure Online Transaction button
4. Select order form. (Use the Generic form if you are unsure which to use)
5. Fill out the information boxes on the secure server form.
6. Progress to the last text box which says: "This is what I want:" Paste your text
    information into the text box.
7. Browse your computer for any file you would like to send us (generally artwork).
8. Click on the "SUBMIT" button.

but will not actually "submit" anything.

Minimum domestic order is $10 of product.

The fastest and best way to get your order going is by providing us a hard copy of your order. Be sure to include billing & shipping instructions as well as method of payment, sizes, colors embroidery instructions, etc. etc. & most important......a contact telephone number in case we have a question.

Be sure the font is large enough to be read at our end.

The easiest way to place an order is to call our toll free truWest™ order center. From within the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico (800) 322-3669. Hours are 8am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday through Friday. Our experienced and courteous staff can answer all your questions and provide assistance with the numerous available options such as fabrics, colors, zippers, linings, sizes, lettering, embroidery and more. We accept cash, checks, money orders, wire transfers, Visa & Mastercard. Purchase orders are accepted from schools and institutions.

International Orders

All international shipments are very expensive and must be prepaid! Credit cards are not accepted for any international orders. All international orders must be placed by telephone only. All payments must be by money order or wire transfer. Funds must be made payable in U.S dollars through a United States bank. Click on this red text for more international shipping information.

Freight is billed F.O.B. origin. You are responsible for all freight, duties and customs into your country. We do not quote international freight. We will estimate a size and weight and you may arrange the shipment using your favorite means of transportation.
