Note: Cap colors black, navy, royal, forest or kelly imprinted with the colors red, bright yellow or any neon color will require an additional white underlay to achieve the desired imprint color if white is not one of the colors in your design.

Normally the same image is printed on both sides of the cap. We can accommodate separate images on each side. No artwork set up charges when camera-ready artwork is supplied.

Raster graphics file (jpg) size resolution must be 150 pixels per inch, minimum at actual size. You can attach your artwork file when placing your on-line order. Adobe Illustrator files (ai) must be version CS2 or earlier. All text must be saved as outlines or provide the fonts used in case we don't have the same font.

Rush orders - $55 rush charge. Rush orders normally ship within 5 - 7 working days from the date the order was received. Rush orders ship within 3 - 5 days after final artwork approval is received. Custom swim cap orders require a MINIMUM of 3 working days from the date we receive your artwork approval before printing begins.

Each unique imprint requires a unique screen. Any logo which must face the same direction when the cap is worn will require separate screen(s) for each each side of the cap. Example: The following one color imprint cap is required to have the logo on both sides of the cap with the arrow facing the same direction when the cap is worn. This will require two screens to accomplish. If only one screen were used on this cap design, the right side will have the arrow facing forward while the left side would have the arrow pointing rearward.

Orders requiring ink color changes will be charged for each screen which must be washed and prepared for the new ink color. Each screen requiring a washup will be charged $15 per screen. The following is an example of a required screen wash up: A 48 piece cap order with the "ONE WAY" artwork shown above. 24 caps will have black ink and 24 caps will have red ink. This will require a 1 screen washup charge.

Silicone caps offer superior durability over latex caps. They are substantially thicker and much more forgiving than latex. Minimum order for imprinted silicone caps is 25 caps.

Personalized caps are $2.20 more per cap. Each name must get 2 caps minimum. First or last name in black or white all capital letters only. Balance of order will have logo at the same size as caps with personalization. Total cap order must be 25 printed caps minimum. Speedo caps are $0.30 per cap more than the prices shown above.
Random imprinted silicone caps. Random colors & imprints. Great for practice caps. These first quality imprinted caps were extras left over because too many caps were made or some kind of printing error occurred such as using the wrong color ink rendering them unacceptable for sale to the original customer. 50 cap minimum, $2.50 each while supplies last.
