Generic Latex Imprinted Swim Caps

Note: Swim cap colors black, navy, royal, forest or kelly imprinted with the colors red, bright yellow or any neon color will require an additonal white underlay to achieve the desired imprint color if white is not one of the colors in your design.

Personalized latex swim caps are $2 more per cap. First or last name only, black or white ink. A minimum of 2 caps per each personalized name is required. Total cap order must be at least 48 caps. Balance of non-personalized order will have the logo at the same size as the personalized swim caps.

Normally the same image is printed on both sides of the cap. We can accommodate separate images on each side. No artwork set up charges when camera-ready artwork is supplied. truWest prefers receiving artwork in the EPS vector graphics format (Adobe Illustrator 7.0 preferred). Artwork resolution must be 150 pixels per inch minimum. Latex swim caps can be personalized with individual names.

Blank latex swim caps are $1.50 each.

Rush orders - $30 rush charge. Rush orders normally ship within 5 - 7 working days from the date the order was received. Rush orders ship within 3 - 5 days after final artwork approval is received. Custom swim cap orders require a MINIMUM of 3 working days from the date we receive your artwork approval before printing begins.

Each unique imprint requires a unique screen. Any logo which must face the same direction when the cap is worn will require seperate screen(s) for each each side of the cap. Example: The following one color imprint cap is required to have the logo on both sides of the cap with the arrow facing the same direction when the cap is worn. This will require two screens to accomplish. If only one screen were used on this cap design, the right side will have the arrow facing forward while the left side would have the arrow pointing rearward.

Orders requiring ink color changes will be charged for each screen which must be washed and prepared for the new ink color. One screen washup will be charged $10. Two or more washups within the same order will be charged $7 per screen. The following is an example of a required screen wash up: A 48 piece cap order with the "ONE WAY" artwork shown above. 24 caps will have black ink and 24 caps will have red ink. This will require a 1 screen washup charge.

Custom Imprinted Silicone Swim Caps

New printing methods have been developed that now allow quality imprinting on silicone caps! Silicone caps offer superior durability over latex caps. They are substantially thicker and much more forgiving than latex. Minimum order for imprinted silicone caps is 25 caps.

(Minimum order is 12 caps per color without names)
Caps are imprinted on both sides.
